Why are we publishing their prices? Because Self Storage Hub does not list any on its website, and you should be able to compare two yards on the same street without ringing around. If anything above is out of date, tell us and we will correct it.

$49 a month is about $1.60 a day. If round-the-clock access and a sealed yard are worth more than that to you, we are the better call. If they are not, Self Storage Hub is 200 metres up the road and we will say so.
Where we are actually cheaper
Vehicle, boat, caravan and trailer storage: $250/month with us, $275 with them. We are $25 a month cheaper on that line, on sealed hardstand, with the same 24/7 gate access. When Self Storage Hub is the better call
- If price is the only thing that matters to you. They are $49 a month cheaper on the 20ft. That is a real saving and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
- If you want to bring your own 20ft container. They are $275 a month for a BYO footprint against our $349. Ours are fully booked at the moment anyway. Our BYO container storage page has the details.
- If you own a 40ft container and need somewhere to park it. They take BYO 40ft at $600 a month. We stopped accepting BYO 40ft in April 2026.
- If you need a forklift. They have one on site, bookable with management. We are strictly BYO equipment.
- If 7am to 7pm suits you fine. If you will never need the yard outside business hours, you are paying us for access you will not use. Take the $49.

Yes, and it is a short move. Give them your notice, call or text us on 0452 043 647, and shift your load 200 metres up the road. No lock-in at our end and 30 days notice to leave.
Do you offer BYO container storage like Self Storage Hub?
