At the last census 68% of homes here were flats or apartments, against about 13% across Queensland, and the median age was 28 the census before that. It is also, as the local description goes, rolling hills with little flat land, sitting between Mount Coot-tha and the Toowong Reach of the river. At 18 minutes, sometimes. If you need weekly access to a few boxes, something closer to Milton Road will serve you better and we would rather say so. Where we stack up is space: if you are storing furniture between leases, holding a household while you are overseas, or clearing a flat before an inspection, the drive once a month is nothing against the price per square metre.

Storing a whole flat between leases, holding everything while you are away, or splitting a container with a housemate: good fits, and the price per square metre is hard to beat. Three boxes and a bike: not a good fit, and a small unit closer in will suit you better. Anything needing power or climate control: not a fit, the containers are ventilated but not powered.
